We decided to document these experiences, organize them, and simplify them digitally to help others access government services manually and on paper—just as any citizen would visit the office in person—but without the hassle of searching or getting lost among links and offices. In other words: The information we present is already available to everyone within the service offices. We do not create information, change procedures, or interfere with government operations. Our role is limited to compiling, organizing, and presenting information clearly—just as you would read a printed guide from a government agency, but in an easy-to-navigate digital format. Therefore, we reiterate: Every service mentioned in the application can be completed manually by visiting the relevant government agency. The application is not a replacement for official channels, but rather a digital guide that reduces effort and time. We emphasize again: We have no official relationship with the government, receive no funding or support from it, and do not represent it in any way. Everything we do is an independent, individual initiative aimed at serving the community through technology, with a full commitment to accuracy and transparency.
