The app automatically added a $11-12 tip I did not authorize before processing my payment. In addition, the store locator did not choose either of the two closest stores to my delivery location and as a result added a distance surcharge to the delivery for exceeding 15 miles. Both of these two closest stores were approximately 10 miles away from the delivery location. Major thumbs down.

awful 😖 can't order using the website, must have the app so all has to be done on tiny phone which is ridiculous and wouldn't process order unless gave 18%+ tip. could buy 10 pounds of fruit for the insanely high price of one of these arrangements. and gave me a coupon that i couldn't even use on my order. thanks for nothing.

there is no National phone number when the local area messes up your order. I ordered same day delivery and then got next day delivery and it's been over two and a half hours and it's still not delivered. there's no way to contact the store level because it just goes to voicemail now after it rings a bunch of times. also pay attention to your order as they'll remove items I had included advis with my order and it's been removed. the delivery tip being paid prior to receiving is stupid
