Absolutely terrible app! You can't do anything on it because it freezes. You can't see what you're writing on a note, and they leave the details you enter off the receipt completely. This company used to be amazing but the service is now just as bad as their app. Use another delivery service- especially if you're in a hurry.

Automatically picks a store location that is not the nearest. I believe delivery fees are based on how far the driver has to go. I looked and there was no place to change it. FAQs dont tell you how long your rewards are supposed to last. Ive been a member for years. I dont think ill be using these services anymore.

there is no National phone number when the local area messes up your order. I ordered same day delivery and then got next day delivery and it's been over two and a half hours and it's still not delivered. there's no way to contact the store level because it just goes to voicemail now after it rings a bunch of times. also pay attention to your order as they'll remove items I had included advis with my order and it's been removed. the delivery tip being paid prior to receiving is stupid
