PocketCoded Web is an offline-first web development IDE for students, learners and developers. Write code, manage projects, run supported JavaScript tools and preview websites from one mobile workspace.

Static projects can be edited and previewed offline. Projects using external resources or missing dependencies may need an internet connection.

Package-manager commands use PocketCoded Web’s built-in compatibility layer. Support varies by package and command. Desktop native binaries and install-time postinstall scripts are not supported. Package downloads require internet access.

GIT AND REMOTE FILE TOOLS

Keep track of changes and work with remote projects.

• Work with local Git repositories
• Clone, fetch, pull and push supported remote repositories
• Transfer files and folders using SFTP

Remote operations require a network connection and may require credentials.

CONNECT YOUR AI ASSISTANT

Connect Google Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI-compatible services or a custom compatible endpoint.

Ask AI to:

• Explain code and help investigate errors
• Review project files
• Suggest edits and generate code changes
• Prepare terminal commands

AI requests use your configured provider connection. An API key may be required, and provider charges may apply. Remote AI services require internet access.
