MLGW has released a new and improved application for Android devices which allows MLGW customers to access a variety of utility related information, including the all-new MLGW My Account. Customers will have the ability to access many features such as:


· Manage MLGW Accounts
· View/Pay MLGW bills
· Setup payment arrangements
· Plus1 and Share the Pennies Donations
· Find important numbers
· Payment and MLGW office locations

Ratings and reviews

The app is very helpful. I will continue using it for easy access to check and verify my monthly bill payment. The only thing I don't understand is that it doesn't show much kilowatts I use in a month. So I can calculate it and have an understanding why I payment too much in light bill. For instance, this month bill is $541.00 but I can not figure it out.

Just updated to most recent version. Click on Make a Payment. app takes you to a blank white page with the only option being "back to account".

App freezes on MLGW icon when opening. Unable to access anything in the app or the account through the website currently. It's not my phones, Google Pixels 9 & 10 Pro XLs, won't work on iPad A16 or via website in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Brave, or DuckDuckGo Browsers. Re: App from Google Play Store freezes and still won't open after clearing cache and all data and a,lso tried installing app ththe en ,phone restart then ,install again and s,till frozen on icon the opening screen.
