They can either get instant reply during their scheduled hours or simply leave questions in the chatbox for Doctors to answer them later. Patients can also book schedules to make video calls during the available hours of the doctors.

Every day OnDoctor content team publishes articles that are related to current health issues relevant to the general population of Myanmar. Written by doctors and curated by our professional team of content designers, the articles are engaging and often cover various topics like Men’s Health, Women’s Health, STDs, Mother and child care, Seasonal flu, Hygiene, etc.

Very useful App for immediate health issues. Can easily meet and discuss with Doctors at an affordable price. One thing is that the App seems a bit difficult to use. Where can I get the user guide?

If you are planning to use this app, you should think about it again.I used 50 points for a chatting section with a doctor. Then I talked about my health problems and symptoms. The section ended in 24 hours and not a single reply. I sent messages to the customer service and again, nothing happened. I guess there will probably some doctors that actually reply you. But from my experience,not all the doctors will reply you. And obviously the customer service will not help you either.

I buy some points but got nothing. I ask something to Prof but no reply come back. This app is totally a lie and scamming money from users. This app should be removed from Play store.
