can't buy on the app, I click on a game and it brings you to the rules. no option to play or buy. also for anyone having issues logging in, after you click activate in the verification email, it logs you in using your browser, not the app. if you for some reason want to log into the app, you first need to log out of your account in the browser

Hello, thank you for your feedback! The app doesnāt allow you to purchase games, but you can scan your tickets to see if youāve won, enter 2nd Chance drawings and giveaways. You should be able to log in directly through the app without needing to use a web browser. Please contact our Customer Support team at cs.support@mnlottery.com for assistance.

If you're having trouble logging in after you create your account, make sure you verify your email and the wait a bit. After registration I don't think it immediately enables your account. Close the app, wait awhile, the log in with the credentials you made when registering. For me it took about an hour to sync so I could log in after email verification. The app itself works for number scanning which is what I wanted it for anyway so it's fine for what it does.

The app is hot garbage. Requires a bunch of personal information, which I gave. Activated my account. Tried to log in and it repeatedly said my password didn't match. Clicked on "forgot password" (even though I just created it 5 minutes ago) and nothing happened. So I reload the app, and it shows me logged in. Even worse, the scanner doesn't work. It does nothing, just sits there. And since I know the dev will call this out: I'm doing this at 7pm, not between midnight and 5am. Useless.
