Why does online banking make my phone heat up? I cannot for the life of me understand what this all is doing under the hood to drain my phone battery at a rate of >50% PER HOUR (according to AccuBattery). It also doesn't receive authorisation check-ins if you're already signed in, and forces users to switch to the default keyboard citing "security and privacy" concerns, which shows an alarming lack of insight given the primary reason so many of us use a third-party keyboard in the first place.

The worst thing about this app is that it is always 'unavailable' whenever I am not on WiFi. I sent a help request, and, although the response was quick it was useless. The person who contacted me said "it should work" (I knew that) and that I should check my Internet connection. Which is an odd response, given that the problem is that it ONLY works when it is over WiFi. I asked if I could get some more experienced tech support, but nothing forthcoming so far.

Honestly signing up for this app almost made me throw my new credit card in the bin. Absolutely ridiculous security questions and requirements. What is your favourite meal , answer must be over 6 characters. Why!!! I forgot the details immediately and almost couldn't log in 2 mins after setting them. Seriously avoid unless you have lots of patience or will just write them all down which is very unsecured and defeats the object completely. Over the top m&s!
