Update to my original review, which is all still sadly true. The app hasn't opened at all (since last update?), just getting the M&S logo screen. 31.05.25 Poor in comparison to other banking apps I'm very disappointed with this app. it takes several days for transactions to show. Other apps I've used show transactions almost immediately and show pending transactions. Pending transactions would be a helpful feature if it wasn't rendered pointless by the delay in displaying transactions.

The worst thing about this app is that it is always 'unavailable' whenever I am not on WiFi. I sent a help request, and, although the response was quick it was useless. The person who contacted me said "it should work" (I knew that) and that I should check my Internet connection. Which is an odd response, given that the problem is that it ONLY works when it is over WiFi. I asked if I could get some more experienced tech support, but nothing forthcoming so far.

Honestly signing up for this app almost made me throw my new credit card in the bin. Absolutely ridiculous security questions and requirements. What is your favourite meal , answer must be over 6 characters. Why!!! I forgot the details immediately and almost couldn't log in 2 mins after setting them. Seriously avoid unless you have lots of patience or will just write them all down which is very unsecured and defeats the object completely. Over the top m&s!
