To be honest i had everything working just fine the cameras have really good pictures and video. My phone conects well to the dvr from anywhere. However, when i first started using the app and system over my router. I cleared the cache in the app and lost everything, pass word and no access to the system via computer, phone, and router. I emailed Sannce (translated in chinese) same as your pass word has too be. They emailed back i got in with a link, never updated or cleared cache again good2go

Since the update and a lot of hassle getting it working I have no issues and a system that works well. The previous update corrupted the setting/password and the app kept crashing. It took ages to get it working. I kept launching the app each time it crashed and when it got to where the system shows up, I hit edit before the app crashed. Re-enter the serial no/user name. I then found I could not enter the password correctly and had to copy/paste. All now works well. 5 ⭐ if no setup issues.

Biggest load of rubbish I've ever come across. Worked on old phone impossible to install on new phone. Have gone round and round in circles and now I'm locked out with no instruction on how to unlock. Unfortunately I've had the equipment for a while. If it was a recent purchase I'd have chucked it all back in the box and sent it back!! If I could give the app a minus 10 rating I would. Totally and utterly frustrating!!
