The redesign is very good, the app went from horrible to almost perfect, the user interface is clean smooth and connection is also really fast, very well done team, this is the first time I have seen any company act so fast and take action on customers feedback, very well done, that said if i find any problems I'll be commenting, please take it as constructive criticism.

Extremely reliable app for remote monitoring! I can easily keep an eye on my home and office from anywhere. The interface is user-friendly, and adding multiple devices is a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone using Securus systems!

Please roll out the old version, this version doesnt work properly. too much lag and slow to fetch data.

Kindly Please Submit the Bug reporting from mobile application and attached Screen Secording, so we will address your Concern on Priority, Next Week we are planning to release new version for andriod TV, so we will resolve your Concern together,
