"The app does not function properly and lacks basic support. Whenever I log in, the session only stays active for 2 days, and then I am forced to log in all over again. Additionally, it frequently shows an error stating that the username or password is incorrect. This makes using the app very frustrating." We are experiencing several issues with the application: The app is not stable and frequently malfunctions. It requires users to log in again every 2–3 days. Even when the mobile device is connected to a high-speed internet connection, the app displays a "Slow Internet Connection" message while trying to open. Although the NVR is connected to a high-speed network, the cameras do not load, and a "Slow Internet" error code is displayed. Kindly investigate these issues and provide a best solution

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great app! Everything works smoothly and I'm very satisfied with the performance. A couple of suggestions: when switching between HD and SD, the zoom level resets and has to be adjusted again. Also, motion detection currently captures animals and other movements. It would be great to have AI detection that can trigger alerts only for humans and vehicles. Overall, an excellent CCTV app!
