XFatora Inventory & Warehouse is a focused inventory management and warehouse management app for teams that need accurate stock control on phones and tablets.

Open the Inventory command center, review stock by warehouse, scan an item code, and complete daily warehouse work from one authorized workspace.

INVENTORY AND WAREHOUSE CONTROL

- Review validated Inventory metrics and warehouse activity.
- Browse warehouses, items, on-hand stock, and movement history.
- Record goods receipts and goods deliveries.
- Control internal warehouse transfers.
- Run stock takes and review count differences.
- Create authorized stock adjustments with clear reasons.
- Review low-stock items and configured minimum thresholds.
- Capture lot and expiry details in supported receipt workflows.

BARCODE INVENTORY LOOKUP

Scan with the camera, enter a code manually, or use an industrial, Bluetooth, or USB barcode scanner that behaves like a keyboard. XFatora matches each code against your authorized Inventory records before opening an item. Camera access is optional; manual and hardware scanning continue to work if permission is denied.

FOR EXISTING AND NEW XFATORA CUSTOMERS

Existing XFatora tenants with Inventory access sign in to their current workspace. New customers choose an annual Inventory plan, verify their email, subscribe through Google Play, and receive a dedicated workspace. User, storage, and warehouse limits are shown before purchase and enforced by the service.

The app supports English and Arabic, permission-aware access, team invitations, operational notifications, Inventory settings, and in-app support.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

New public Inventory workspaces require an auto-renewing annual Google Play subscription. The exact localized price, one-year billing period, and any eligible introductory offer appear in the Google Play purchase sheet before confirmation. Payment and cancellation are managed through your Google Play account. The subscription renews annually unless canceled before renewal. Use Restore Purchase in the app to recover the existing entitlement and workspace.

Deleting an XFatora account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel with Google Play, then request account and data deletion separately from My Profile in the app.
