XFatora POS & Retail is a focused point-of-sale app for authorized teams using an existing XFatora workspace.

CONTROLLED CHECKOUT

• Search products or use camera, manual, and keyboard-style barcode input.
• Select customers and payment methods.
• Hold carts and complete server-validated sales.
• View authoritative prices, taxes, discounts, inventory rules, and totals returned by XFatora rather than trusting client-side calculations.

REGISTER OPERATIONS

• Work with assigned stores and registers.
• Open and close cashier shifts.
• Record authorized cash-in and cash-out movements.
• View sales and server-generated receipts.
• Process allowed returns and refunds against posted transactions.
• Review server-authored daily POS reports.

SAFE OFFLINE RECOVERY

An encrypted, tenant- and staff-isolated catalog cache keeps product lookup available during interruptions. Recoverable operations enter a bounded queue with stable idempotency keys and clear pending/error states. The app does not claim that financial posting succeeded until the XFatora server confirms it.

The app supports English and Arabic with right-to-left layouts, permission-aware access, secure session refresh, account deletion, privacy and legal links, and in-app support.

An existing XFatora tenant with POS enabled is required. No subscription or in-app purchase is sold or unlocked by this release.
