XFatora Procurement gives purchasing teams one role-aware workspace for requests, approvals, supplier quotations, purchase orders and receiving follow-up.

Start with clear requests
• Create and review purchase requests with line items, quantities, dates and supporting context.
• Follow request status and permitted approval actions without relying on spreadsheets or chat messages.
• Keep every action inside the workspace audit trail.

Compare and order
• Review supplier quotations connected to the purchasing workflow.
• Compare recorded offers before progressing an approved request.
• Create and follow purchase orders with supplier, currency, totals, status and delivery context.

Manage suppliers and delivery
• Open supplier profiles and permitted contact information.
• Follow incoming supply and receiving records from their authoritative purchase documents.
• Continue to purchase invoices, payment requests, debit notes, returns and refunds when the workspace and role permit them.

Stay controlled
• Buyers, requesters, approvers, receiving teams, finance users, administrators and auditors see only permitted records and actions.
• Existing eligible XFatora workspace users can sign in without buying again.
• New workspace owners verify their email before choosing an annual App Store or Google Play subscription.
• Restore reconnects an eligible store purchase without creating a second workspace.

Features and limits depend on the selected plan, store region, workspace modules and assigned permissions. Store subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in the customer’s store account. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription. Organization-controlled purchasing and audit records may need to be retained.
