I am Batelco customer for 10 year I took WiFi device ZTE U30 Air, battery which is draining fast so I went back to Oaisis Mall juffair where I bought this device originally and the staff gave me a number and informed me to contact this company who are the actual supplier. when I called that number they told me this isn't our product so I went back to Batelco office this time they gave me another number after 4 attempts i finally got the real agent number. There is no After sales service,

The application is unusable due to catastrophic customer-support design. The Basma AI refuses to transfer to a human without interrogation, and every live chat is permanently deleted upon leaving the screen. This loop rendered issue resolution impossible. Easily the worst support experience I have encountered in years.

I'm having issue with the purchase in the app. I have called the call center 16 times and talked to the chat team 3 times, 1 time with the sales team and 1 time went to the branch. in all my attempts in 3 weeks my issue is still not solved. On top of all, when i asked to speak with the customer Manager, they refuse to transfer my call to him. please help.
