terrible app. nothing works. trying to login but in vain. trying to auto login with wifi off but still says switch off your wifi and doesn't work. not sure what is the intent of this app if nothing works. needs some serious fixing if it needs to be of any use to android users

The application is unusable due to catastrophic customer-support design. The Basma AI refuses to transfer to a human without interrogation, and every live chat is permanently deleted upon leaving the screen. This loop rendered issue resolution impossible. Easily the worst support experience I have encountered in years.

I am Batelco customer for 10 year I took WiFi device ZTE U30 Air, battery which is draining fast so I went back to Oaisis Mall juffair where I bought this device originally and the staff gave me a number and informed me to contact this company who are the actual supplier. when I called that number they told me this isn't our product so I went back to Batelco office this time they gave me another number after 4 attempts i finally got the real agent number. There is no After sales service,
