Please fix your app. It suddenly started asking me to turn Debugging Mode off even though it's off. All your online AI sollutions failed, clearing cache failed, reinstalling failed... I'm honestly so disappointed. Edit: nothing changed with your update. Still asked to turn off Debugging mode when it's already off. Your app is oblivious, and so are you, it seems.

Horrible experience from 1 month bought an ESIM, registered complaint for esim not working from 1 month, changed the esim 3 times but still not working and batelco team is absolutely useless , giving zero support and just saying we raised complaint but not giving any solutions! Will never recommend anyone to buy esim from batelco or any sim. Poor customer service.

absolutely disastrous app where nothing really works. and the customer service is clueless. they gave me a number and are not able to link it to the app. they overcomplicated the entire registration that the system is blocking itself.
