It's up there for probably the worst app on the play store right next to SiriusXM. It crashes constantly, logs you out mid-flow, and throws a bunch of unexpected behaviors without any clear steps to resolving them. Honestly paying rent just go so much more difficult for no reason. If you don't have to download and use this app don't.

Paying rent has never been more difficult. 1. You have to clear the cache to get to the payment screen. 2. Manually entering ACH does not work, you must use a bank supported by plaid. 3. I do not trust having my banking credentials entered into a random app, just let me use ACH. 4. I have very low confidence that I will be able to pay rent on the 1st without a headache.

Such a clunky and buggy app. Haven't had a worse B2C app experience in the modern day and age. Crashes and hangs, never seems to find username/gives login errors, takes a long time to load when it does work, etc.
