Ratings and reviews

They sell you a "Flexi" addon so you can change tickets without penalty. Except it must be used >48 hours in advance...which they don't tell you until AFTER you buy the add-on. So if booking a ticket for tomorrow you literally can't use what they just sold you. Isn't that called theft? Also when you book you have to go pick up your ticket at the ferry ticket window anyway. So not sure this app does anything but charge a fat fee.

Great for booking.... Absolute pits for support. Information non-existent, contact impossible. One of those services which works great when it's smooth totally, utterly useless and frustrating when problems (eg, delays and cancellations) occur.

Great app, clean interface, smooth booking experience… until you actually need support. At that point, prepare for a black hole of silence. Their support operations feel like they’re run by carrier pigeons—slow, unreliable, and probably lost mid-flight.
