Such a bad app as well as desktop experience with engagement point. Even after entering the correct creds the login button doesn't work!! Cannot search for care in timely manner due to such buggy behavior. The app redirects to webpage for any details - if that is the case why is there an app, only wastes space on the phone. Would rather open on browser This is a healthcare service so please get the standards high service - esp considering emergencies!!

Horrible app. Nothing is local to the app, practically every useful button (ID cards, provider search, etc.) just opens a browser window outside the app and most of the time they fail to load with internal errors

App screen glitches continually. Very difficult to read or scroll because of consistent screen glitches. Some pages load with text for program directora like "wellness program text here." Very frustrating to use.
