The app has a good range of programmes, especially children's programmes. But it constantly crashes on my Fire TV stick - it'll just drop out halfway through a programme, and can't be recovered without a reboot. Also, the app doesn't remember where you were in a programme, which is especially annoying when the app crashes. Finally, it refused to let me select one of the programmes, for no obvious reason. Real shame, as when it's working, it's pretty good.

Good streaming service. However, recent updates made it difficult to use, even on a TV. Constantly freezing and blurring out of focus, only to freeze again 2 minutes after and then focus. And then for it to repeat. If you put on subtitles, after every time it freezes or an ad runs, you have to reselect the option to turn subtitles on again because it automatically turns them off. This becomes really frustrating because ads run often and the blurring/unfocusing is even more common.

Very glitchy! I tend to watch My5 on my Oppo mobile (which is fine for every other TV streaming app) but whenever I need to temporarily minimise the app to a 'floating window', to check an incoming message for example, the app seems to overlay adverts on top of the programme I'm already streaming! This means that there are two audio outputs playing together and the only way I can stop it is to close the app, reopen my programme and press resume (usually with a repeat of the ads again 🙄)
