Download the application on your mobile phone, follow the steps, and get a Username and Password to connect to e-Banking from wherever it might suit you each time! Whether that is your computer or tablet via myAlpha Web, your mobile via myAlpha Mobile or even the telephone via myAlpha Phone, banking with Alpha Bank becomes simple!

Ratings and reviews

When making a transfer to Sabadell Spain, it's impossible to complete, always says invalid character in the BIC code. The BIC is automatically filled by the app so not much I can do. It works on web page. Revolut is a fully regulated bank in the EU. Alpha Bank does not permit transfers to Revolut Spain, blocks them every time. Shocking.

So far so good! It should have an option to adjust time out for transactions OR set the time out for inactivity and increase it for transactions.

Far too many times the app doesn't show notifications for online payments and you have to cancel and try later.
