If you have an Alpha Bank account and an active Alpha Bank card, you can register to e-Banking online, at no cost. Download the application on your mobile phone, follow the steps, and get a Username and Password to connect to e-Banking from wherever it might suit you each time! Whether that is your computer or tablet via myAlpha Web, your mobile via myAlpha Mobile or even the telephone via myAlpha Phone, banking with Alpha Bank becomes simple!

Ratings and reviews

the app has slowly deteriorated to bearly usable , loads slow if it does, some off the options wont load at all , and now you cant even use the fingerprint , if you enable it says fingerprint is dissabled for security reasons and then goes ahead and asks the more secure 4 digit pin, what the hell alpha bank???

Very bad UX. The web UI is much more useful. In the app I cannot see transactions in "processing" state, so when you pay the transaction is visible in the app only after a few days. It is not easy to pay the current credit card debt. You have to remember the amount and enter it manually. Also I don't like the fact push notifications when a transaction happens are not free. I don't know of any other bank charging for push notifications. The app is useful only for IRIS.

App is crushing all the time . Childish. The customer support never answers on the phone. You hear a message "informing" you that the phone access is limited (!) and that they will call you back. OF COURSE they NEVER do.

What's new

Great news! When transferring money to another bank in Greece, a part of the beneficiary's first and last name is now displayed after entering the IBAN to ensure that the IBAN entered is correct. The new version also includes minor bug fixes and improvements to make online banking as convenient as possible for you!
