Currently, the app supports payments for the following services: Water, Waste Services, Property Tax, and Parking Tickets.

Ratings and reviews

HUGE problem is undisclosed processing fees (at least on the web version) on property taxes. Got slapped with an $85 fee that I proved they did not disclose, but PayIt doesn't care. Worst customer service ever (ran into credit card addition bug that they refused to admit last year.) OK for trash and water, but be prepared for hidden fees for other things!

The update is terrible. The app doesn't stay connected to my accounts, and I have been assessed a water bill late penalty because I didn't get any notifications about owing for water. I understand that's my responsibility, but updating the app and breaking the core capability of "having an account" is a really frustrating way to miss a payment.

It is too difficult to find account balance for trash pick up. This app was built for the city user. You need to make this more intrinsic for the everyday user. You know, the customer!
