I use this to pay for water and trash and it works well, it could use some upgrades though. It would be nice to be able to use the app to order the various trash tags, especially the yard waste barrel tags. It would also be great if they added your recycling schedule somewhere since the app knows your address. The city could also use it to notify you of ongoing and up coming road and other infastructure projects in your neighborhood. Good app with lots of potential if the city decides to use it.

Objectively worse app all around thanks to the update. The revised UI and experience is junk, clunky, takes more effort than before to make changes and to view accounts. Doesn't keep you logged in, doesn't have fingerprint login, gosh could go on and on.

Update is terrible and confusing. Too much unnecessary steps to add money to accounts. Put it back to how it was before the update. I can't connect my address or phone number and it doesn't show me my balance for trash.
