Don't know what they did to this app but it no longer works like it used to. Randomly no longer allows login, sends u to a website login that just says error in logging in and try again later. If I get in, no longer intuitively user friendly, like it no longer supports smartphones or devices other than computer/laptop. This is a horrible redesign. please review user experiences and update.

I ordered a duplicate ID since my was lost/stolen and it was such a smooth experience! It was quick, easy to understand, clear and precise and it took me less than 5 minutes to complete. Very please with the app handling so far. However, either it is misadvertised or I was charged incorrectly because it says a duplicate costs $14. Then underneath that it says there is no charge for a duplicate if the age of 17 or OLDER. (Which is most of us) and then it still charged me the $14 plus the $3 fee.

"Chatbox" format not very user friendly. I would much rather just have a form I can fill out. There was an error where my text wasn't showing in a box and when I misspelled my name because I didn't see it register it I had to start over to correct it. Seems about right for the government to make you use a poorly designed app when the easier and cheaper solution would be just an online form.
