I started to think that this app has no future for the users live in Turkey. The UI is unbeatable, the most modern UI in any mobile bank apps in Turkey but, it keeps shutting down by the Central Bank and it seems that these problems are going to continue. You only ended up with getting your money trapped in app. No transactions, no recover. It's so sad to not be able to use this kind of beauty 😢

It was a wonderful app at first. But then, they started to care less about their customers. They used to immediately turn back and answer your questions via email. But recently, it takes them almost weeks to properly give us an answer. Me, my brother and my mother are very mistreated. They never gave back my mother's money and they decided to close my brother's account for no proper reason. Please do something about it, I've been trying to reach the customer service for 2 months now.

I was one of the first to give a five star to this app, because I thought it's reliable. But one day, they decided to restrict my access to my account based on a misunderstanding in one of the transaction descriptions, even without notifying me! I got my account back after lots of calls and messages and everything, and again, today they restricted my account once more! Again without any notice!!! I believe Papara is not trusted anymore, they block you from accessing your own money!
