I downloaded it to send money to any country I wanted, and it told me I needed to upload my ID to see it. I uploaded it, and now it says I can't send the money! This app is a waste of time.

I was one of the first to give a five star to this app, because I thought it's reliable. But one day, they decided to restrict my access to my account based on a misunderstanding in one of the transaction descriptions, even without notifying me! I got my account back after lots of calls and messages and everything, and again, today they restricted my account once more! Again without any notice!!! I believe Papara is not trusted anymore, they block you from accessing your own money!

The app stops working on live verification. I think it's not tested well. And the support told me to buy a new phone, because app doesn't work with new Android version. Also, delivery never delivered cards 2 times to my husband, but keep sending the messages that we are not home. But they literally never came. This is not even 1, it's 0 star. Horrible service!!!!
