It's side scrolling clash royale with zombies! The strategy to send units out at the right time is fun and then your own units reanimating as zombies adds in the extra step of trying to prevent death close to the bus. Graphics are awesome and run great on my $35 android phone. All in all great time passing fun game that you can hop right into.
Over all three star since it loves to shove ads down your throat for fuel to keep playing. Loves ads for rewards and seems to be based on that, than being the game it is. I love the art style and the game play is good. Can be challenging at time and it seems like you should make it easier to purchase new units and perhaps increase the battle deck to six units. I never right reviews like this but I actually like this game but it makes mad too.
as of July 24th the game is fantastic no doubt and looks beautiful even tho it's pixel art. which I'm a fan of. my only gripe is that progression is somewhat lack lustering. fuel is 10 mins a recharge and per mission its 2. they need to implement a needed recharging of fuel with ad watching. or something at least! and monitization is done well in game. exclusive characters and bus skins along with the usual paying for loot boxes and gold.
Very fun and addicting castle defense game. I think that's the genre? Zombie based, obviously , but it doesn't feel like a gimmick. Rather than being "genre but with zombies" it just "great example of genre that just happens to be zombie themed." Characters are fun, upgrades are available, and the atmosphere is really great. Looking forward to more from this developers!!!
This game would be an easy 5 stars if there wasn't an "energy" feature in the form of "fuel". After playing for 15 minutes or So, you have to wait while the bus refuels to play again. And there's no way past this besides buying crates for real cash and hoping to find fuel in them. Most games with an energy feature make you watch a 30 second ad to get more energy, maybe try this?
Very imbalanced, this game needs time-consuming grinding sessions and some hero units are useless, especially Pepper. I wonder why the devs creates her anyway. This game is short, so the devs makes it annoyingly hard (not a "hard but exciting" ) so it got some replay value, although feels kinda forcing players to do so.
