Die App ist ein Facebook- und Google-Multiplikator, verhökert meine Daten an diese Werbekonzerne. Hätte ich nicht vor einigen Jahren die Freischaltung bezahlt, wäre die App längst deinstalliert worden. Die Funktion der App ist ansonsten sehr gut. Gelegentlich werde ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, mit einem "Abo" noch mehr Möglichkeiten zu haben. Unnötig. Update 29.3.2024: Nach Update noch aggressiverer Datenabgriff. Nistet sich offenbar als Systemapp ein Rootrechten ein. Endgültig deinstalliert.

Allgemein funktionierts. Aber für 5 € (50% off) nicht beeindruckend. Vielleicht wenn thesaurus hier mit drin wäre... Das layout der einzelnen Begriffs-Seiten könnte etwas übersichtlicher sein. Und es sollte mehr Möglichkeiten zur Anpassung geben. Was vor allem bei einer App mit so wenigen Funktionen stört: Im Menü und auf der home-seite der "invite friends" button. Und auf der home-seite zusätzlich "Rate app".. Und man kann diese Buttons nicht ausblenden. Das ist schon ziemlich penetrant.

As this is the Oxford Dictionary of English, it is a word dictionary. We recommend using the Oxford Dictionary of English & Thesaurus.
We view our apps as different books with different content inside of them.

Unglaublich.. Fand die App sehr gut und wollte auch Premium kaufen, aber nur noch eine Suchanfrage am Tag in der kostenlosen Version ist lächerlich und absolut unpraktikabel. Da die App so keinen Wert hat und ich keine 3€ im Monat für ein Wörterbuch zahlen möchte, dass ich vielleicht 3 Tage brauche, werde ich die App deinstallieren. Nicht zu empfehlen.
