We've launched a new app for you that allows you to plan your journey quickly, efficiently and conveniently, including search history and viewing nearby stations.

Additional services will make your travel experience more convenient and efficient:
- Reminders of getting off the train
- Add the train ride to the calendar

In addition, the app coordinates references to the following services:
- Contact customer service
- Coordinating accessible travel
- Request for compensation
- Lost and found
- Appealing for a payment requirement
- Payment of debt

it used to be perfect...For the last 3 weeks, however, it has just stopped working- all it does is showing the first static background picture...

needs a fix! when you start jorney plan, the pop-up message that suggest turning on GPS appears non-stop after you close it. you can do nothing with the app because of this pop-up

The "tell me when I got to my stop" feature, will let you know only three minutes AFTER you have left the destination train station. On top of that, the trains in Israel most definitely don't stick to their schedule. They arrive late when you get there in time. If they would at least be regular about their delays, then at least a passenger could rely on it, but it is so inconsistent. The app is no better than the site, and the train company knows it is a monopoly and doesn't much care about us.
