You guys are just being silly. At first we couldn't transfer from Airtel money to Access. Now we can but when it comes to buying Airtel talktime using Access Bank you block us and it says insufficient funds though I have enough funds. Even online payments are not going through. First you blamed Airtel money but look at whose the problem. Absolute nonsense.

Almost a year now still failing to connect my account to internet service. Saying my security question not defined. Went to garden park and they did it after two days it started asking for security questions. 202 also does not work and call center agents always busy 24/7.

Worst experience ever with mobile banking. you say it's under maintenance, the next thing I see is 'your mobile banking is blocked'... Sheer worst of time
