this is the worsiest bank have ever come across, the customer assistant team is very poor to address the issues, since month end up to now I can't get accessed to my mobile banking app, so useless and annoying 🤦

Very useless , I deposited money in my account and I can't get it out, the network is ridiculously poor . please work on your bank, no access to customer service.

its a big problem when a banking app gets buged almost every week and when you write for assistenza yiu only get an automatic maessage saying we will get back to you and when you call, you are kept on hold for more than half an hour without a solution and as iff that not enough, it has most problems towards or at monthend ehen you have to oay bills and stuff. shame with atlasmara it wasn't like this. ah for apple (OS) devices it doesnt work at all, they literally told me to use android.
