its a big problem when a banking app gets buged almost every week and when you write for assistenza yiu only get an automatic maessage saying we will get back to you and when you call, you are kept on hold for more than half an hour without a solution and as iff that not enough, it has most problems towards or at monthend ehen you have to oay bills and stuff. shame with atlasmara it wasn't like this. ah for apple (OS) devices it doesnt work at all, they literally told me to use android.

Access Bank was quite challenging in 2025 but so far 2026 has been better 👍. Hope the service remains consistent. I'm having an issue with Airtel Money blocking transfers to Access Bank. Airtel claims the issue is on Access Banks end but I suspect otherwise since I can buy Airtel airtime using my Access Bank funds. Please bring this to the attention of your team.

Statements downloaded from app have transactions not arranged in chronological order. Not t so secure, doesn't have auto lock or self logout in case of prolonged inactivity. One can lock their device and still be logged in upon unlocking device. Doesn't prevent screenshot
