The Modivcare app is an easy, convenient and accessible way to schedule and manage all of your Modivcare non-emergency transportation needs. No need to call a care center.

For eligible members who drive themselves to appointments, they can submit their claims for Mileage Reimbursement.

Existing Member Services Website accounts will not work logging in.

App doesnt let you enter any member. Useless update: 1/9/26 app is still pretty useless, I cant sign, its hard just to get a line to appear, it makes me drive down to the end of my long driveway to sign the log and that's when it will actually update location and let me. I feel like its just a way for them to not have to pay mileage reimbursement. bring back the drive app.

This app is far from perfect. More often than not, it tells you that you are not where you actually are. It should save the phone numbers for your saved locations. The signature box slides around when you try to sign it. Occasionally, when I schedule a trip for mileage reimbursement, the app schedules an Uber for me. On numerous occasions, the app has been down for maintenance in the evening, and I was unable to launch it before midnight, thus the app won't let me sign in for making it home.

Worst app ever. After always using paper forms I decided to give this a try. I entered one trip to see how it would work. Nothing but problems. I had to make 5 calls and spend over 2 hours on the phone to tech support for only one trip. We have 4 to 5 trips per week. Signature box doesn't work, trips get inadvertently canceled for no reason with no notice, times get changed, GPS maps are incorrect. I'll go back to calling in to a human to submit trip information and written claim forms. I'm done
