This app is available to members with participating benefit plans.

The Modivcare app is an easy, convenient and accessible way to schedule and manage all of your Modivcare non-emergency transportation needs. No need to call a care center.

For eligible members who drive themselves to appointments, they can submit their claims for Mileage Reimbursement.

Existing Member Services Website accounts will not work logging in.

App doesnt let you enter any member. Useless update: 1/9/26 app is still pretty useless, I cant sign, its hard just to get a line to appear, it makes me drive down to the end of my long driveway to sign the log and that's when it will actually update location and let me. I feel like its just a way for them to not have to pay mileage reimbursement. bring back the drive app.

This app is far from perfect. More often than not, it tells you that you are not where you actually are. It should save the phone numbers for your saved locations. The signature box slides around when you try to sign it. Occasionally, when I schedule a trip for mileage reimbursement, the app schedules an Uber for me. On numerous occasions, the app has been down for maintenance in the evening, and I was unable to launch it before midnight, thus the app won't let me sign in for making it home.

update:signature box not working correctly. can only draw lines. Great app but something needs to be fixed. I've missed out on reimbursement because it says I'm not at the location when I clearly was in the building. It's not ok having to ask someone to sign it multiple times because the app says I'm not there at the location. Fix asap. Update- can something with the location part get better. Missing out on reimbursement because of this is horrible.
