The Modivcare app is an easy, convenient and accessible way to schedule and manage all of your Modivcare non-emergency transportation needs. No need to call a care center.

For eligible members who drive themselves to appointments, they can submit their claims for Mileage Reimbursement.

Existing Member Services Website accounts will not work logging in.

An annoying,frustrating, spiteful aggravating app!! After 5 times, they still have done nothing! I'm put on hold w/ loud music! The other options are a robot that can't understand anything or an uncaring worker who claims that I'm not in the system but I'm registered in the app! Yet, though the app is connected to my email, it will not allow me to add my information or log in successfully! I'm ready to just take chances & cancel my appointments! These people are a seizure migraine combination!☹️

Absolutely love this app! It's quick and easy to fill out if you need a ride to a Dr. appointment and it also has a lot more to choose from other than just Dr. Appointments. Easy to book a ride, and if you drive yourself the best part of all, is they pay you to go to your appointments which means they care about our well being and want us to stay up to date with or appointments to make sure we live the healthiest lives we possibly can! If you have any trouble with booking a trip, there is CHAT!

I have had nothing but issues with this app recently leading to me spend hours on the phone with customer support. I book trips for mileage reimbursement and the app switches them to standard rides. I also have trips getting rejected and denied for reasons that aren't even correct. I had. a trip rejected today claiming it was a duplicate request which it was not. I had another trip rejected because it said it interfered with another reservation when these trips were hours apart.
