I've only been able to use this app once in my local Giant. Every time I try to use it, I get a server connection error. When I ask the store staff for help, they say "it doesn't really work in our store & they aren't doing anything to fix it". They keep advertising an app that doesn't work, they know it & are doing nothing to fix it. Go to Wegmans. Their prices are a little higher but their app works and their customer service actual helps with problems.

One star is kind. Got to the Giant and tried to scan. Throughout the store, all I got was that it could not get to the server (I was on the Giant wifi). No one who worked at the store had any idea how the system was supposed to work, much less how to fix it. Compare to Wegmans for a scanning app that works well. Pathetic.

I will continue to use this app but it is a bumblebutt of bugs. It is convenient as I don't have to talk to anyone, I get to pay on the app, use reusable bags, and walk out with the express lane. BUT it takes a lot of time to make sure things are scanning right. The camera freezes in the middle of a scan and will put multiple of the same item in your cart. Sometimes it's just one or two exta, sometimes it's 48! You have to delete them one at a time. Always check your cart! I hope for an update.
