I will continue to use this app but it is a bumblebutt of bugs. It is convenient as I don't have to talk to anyone, I get to pay on the app, use reusable bags, and walk out with the express lane. BUT it takes a lot of time to make sure things are scanning right. The camera freezes in the middle of a scan and will put multiple of the same item in your cart. Sometimes it's just one or two exta, sometimes it's 48! You have to delete them one at a time. Always check your cart! I hope for an update.

Felt like it didn't quite follow through...I scanned as I shopped and expected to be able to pay thru the app (since it asked for a credit card...), and then I still had to use the checkout for payment. It would be exceptional if I could skip the checkout at the register part (like you can at other stores, ie. Sam's Club). Update/fix this, and I'll be able to provide an updated/better review. Great start, though!

I've only been able to use this app once in my local Giant. Every time I try to use it, I get a server connection error. When I ask the store staff for help, they say "it doesn't really work in our store & they aren't doing anything to fix it". They keep advertising an app that doesn't work, they know it & are doing nothing to fix it. Go to Wegmans. Their prices are a little higher but their app works and their customer service actual helps with problems.
