I've only been able to use this app once in my local Giant. Every time I try to use it, I get a server connection error. When I ask the store staff for help, they say "it doesn't really work in our store & they aren't doing anything to fix it". They keep advertising an app that doesn't work, they know it & are doing nothing to fix it. Go to Wegmans. Their prices are a little higher but their app works and their customer service actual helps with problems.

Used the app for the first time today. Scanning and checkout worked about as well as it could. Checkout was a breeze. I love being able to bag as I shop and not have to unload/reload at checkout. Lost a star because the app insists on setting up a digital wallet, but you still have to pay using the terminal.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THIS APP. This app is totally useless. I installed and setup this app at our local Giant and then tried using it and I got an error saying that either the app wasn't working or the system was down. The CS rep says "The system has been down for a couple weeks. Every time I try using it I get the same error." So then I setup Giant Wallet thinking that might get it to work. Stopped at another Giant, and got the same error. Next step - uninstall.
