Completely useless. Scan It hasn't worked at Baltimore store I use in months. No help or bug report link in the app. The contact link on the play store doesn't work. I've spoken to customer service at the store, but they obviously do not have the time or expertise to troubleshoot technical problems with an app.

This app used to work great, and it really came in handy when the pandemic started and it seemed wise to avoid using the scanning guns and to use self-checkout. Over the last few weeks, however, I've been having major problems... the app takes a long time to load, and I have to scan some items repeatedly before they appear in my cart. It also takes a long time to generate the bar code that's scanned at the self-checkout machine.

Only works on Giant's store wifi. I don't care to use public wifi so I don't use this app. I use the in-store scanners instead. Still trying to figure out how to get coupons that are loaded onto my card to be incorporated into my purchase at checkout. Lots of difficulties using both the scan-it and store apps with little to no help on the apps. Very frustrating. I think you can do much better to make these apps more user-friendly....also, please consider combining the two apps into one.
