Create your ScanIt! Wallet and add your preferred methods of payment,;
GooglePay, PayPal and Venmo are all accepted as well as all major US Credit Cards.
When you’re done shopping, press the checkout button and proceed to the Scan It Mobile Checkout Area.

The app works ok. It is slow when searching for items and sometimes wouldn't register a scan. I would give it 2 stars for functionality. I took off 1 star, not because of the app but the hassle from the store. I liked to use it because it was quick when you checked out and kind of liked the process of pick, scan, and check out with just a barcode. Until they do audit on me at the check out. I felt like a THIEF when they did that. I will not use it again.

The app is convenient to use at the store, especially in times of corona where you want to avoid using the SCAN IT! guns in store. However, it does have a few drawbacks. My store is ineligible for SCAN IT! wallet but after finding that out once by trying to set it up in the app, the app still continues to show me prompts for wallet every time. I can't believe this cannot be managed better. Every time I try to add a coupon from the app, it asks me to login. And since I use a password manager, that means switching back and forth between my password manager to get the creds. This gets annoying really quickly. And what's worse, sometimes after I login, all the coupons go away for some reason. I still use the app pretty frequently, but really, there's a lot of room for improvement.

Has you enter payment methods, yet doesn't allow you to checkout and pay with the app. So a useless app, just like their main app that gives you the "shopping method" option to shop in store and takes you to a page for you to scan the items, but it doesn't ACTUALLY do anything, because you just have to scan them again at the register. How is it that every other store has this functionality on their app (to pay using the app, esp. when you enter payment methods), but not a major grocery store?!
