I ordered a 52c brush cutter, but three items were missing from the package. Furthermore, the machine overheats within just 10 minutes of use. When I tried to cancel the order, my request was rejected; they informed me that the order could not be cancelled and that no refund would be issued. I called them numerous times and even sent messages and photos, yet they still failed to send the missing parts. These people at Moglix are fraudsters.
