This is the worst app ever, I have been trying to create an account in order to get the Umrah permit and make my bookings. But whenever I reach to the OTP point, it says something went wrong. I have tried using multiple emails to create the account several times, nothing happens. I have even tried deleting the app and re-installing it and doing to on another device but it didn't help. If the management cannot keep up with the technology then they should stop using it.

App is NOT working, when we go to create account and" select country" then only BLANK is showing, countries names aren't being shown to select, in this way how can an account be created? I don't know what will happen next if a country is selected because after trying for 1000 times i couldn't select country because nothing being shown.
