Rawdah booking is very frustrating. Every slot only shows "Soon" and nothing can be booked. Nusuk Help Desk only says "check every 10–20 minutes," which is not practical for pilgrims. Support emails receive only template replies. This issue affects many men and women, not just me. Please fix the booking system, show clear slot status, and notify users when new slots are available.

I just wanted to express my honest opinion on the app, especially the rawda booking slots. For the last few days, I've been trying to spam the booking slots every 20 minutes, and I even went to the staff at the mosque (masjid al nabawi), but the only information they provided me with was to keep trying again. At this point, I can only pray I even get a slot. (Spoiler: I still didnt get one...) In my personal experience, I found the booking much easier last year compared to this year.

The current policy of booking Rawdah visits exclusively through the app is, in my view, unfairly denying millions of visitors—particularly women—the opportunity to visit Rawdah. The timing and manner in which slots are released can be extremely difficult to understand and access. Visitors spend valuable time repeatedly checking the app, trying to secure a slot, when they should be focusing on Ibadah, prayer, and the spiritual purpose of their visit to Madinah
