Full of bugs and keeps crashing. I created an account. After a few days, the app started crashing. I reinstalled it and tried to log in again, all I get is: "something went wrong, please try again later". One of the most ambiguous and useless error messages ever. And there is no option or way to report this or report a problem with the log in. All I get is the option to change my password or my email! What does this have to do with this error! To the developers, please test before publishing!

I had no issue booking a Rawdah visit 3 weeks in advance. But come the morning of our visit, the app stops working. I couldn't visit or access my booking. The app never sent a confirmation email either, as most apps do We made a long trek to the Nusuk office (near gate 35 of masjid ul Nabi, at the southeast corner) and found out that apparently most people were in the same predicament. Which unhelpfully told us the app was down for maintenance. we missed our time slot and we can't get another.

I couldn't create an account which needed to make a booking. After entering all my details, it gives me an error "something went wrong" when it tries to verify otp through email. I get the verification code in my mail but the app doesn't allow me to continue. Other services such as Duaa also don't work and give the same error.
