I just wanted to express my honest opinion on the app, especially the rawda booking slots. For the last few days, I've been trying to spam the booking slots every 20 minutes, and I even went to the staff at the mosque (masjid al nabawi), but the only information they provided me with was to keep trying again. At this point, I can only pray I even get a slot. (Spoiler: I still didnt get one...) In my personal experience, I found the booking much easier last year compared to this year.

Nusuk is an outstanding platform for anyone planning Umrah. It has a user friendly interface, making it easy to book permits, manage appointments and access essential pilgrimage services. Its reliable, well organized and available in multiple languages. My experience was smooth and hassle-free, and the app significantly simplified my journey. I appreciate the continuous improvements and the efforts made by the Saudi authorities to enhance the pilgrimage experience through digital innovation. 🤲

tbh the interface of the app is basic and easy to understand. i didn't have any problem with creating the account and entering my visa info so far. but the problem is: WHY IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONFIRM THE SLOTS! i cannot even begin to express my anger towards this system. i've been trying forever to book a reservation for Rawdah, trying every 20 minutes (00,20,40) but NO! all the slots are unavailable. always the "soon, new seats will be available" warning. this has got to be fixed! shame on you.
