I stayed in Madinah for four days and tried to book a visit to Al-Rawdah through Nusuk, but I could never find an available slot. The app is easy to use, but it always shows “No available slots.” There should be a clear difference between available and fully booked times, with real-time updates when a slot becomes available. Please improve the booking system so visitors have a fair chance to make a reservation.

I just wanted to express my honest opinion on the app, especially the rawda booking slots. For the last few days, I've been trying to spam the booking slots every 20 minutes, and I even went to the staff at the mosque (masjid al nabawi), but the only information they provided me with was to keep trying again. At this point, I can only pray I even get a slot. (Spoiler: I still didnt get one...) In my personal experience, I found the booking much easier last year compared to this year.

Nusuk App needs urgent improvement. Booking a Rawdah visit slot has become extremely time-consuming and frustrating. Repeated attempts, refreshing, and waiting consume a lot of valuable time, with no guarantee of getting a slot. Please fix the booking system and make slot availability and reservation faster, fairer, and more reliable for pilgrims.
