This is a good app. It helped us during Umrah trip. The option to make reservation for Noble Rawdah visit works great. The option to buy tickets for Umrah golf cart has several seriouse problems.It requires you to create an account prompting you to enter all sort of information that seems unecessary. After multiple tries,I was unable to create an account and unable to buy tickets. Costumer service told me that I need a Saudi Sim to buy tickets. This needs change as not everyone has a Saudi Sim.

What's the point of the permit if we still didn’t get a chance to enter the Riyadh ul Jannah area? We were stopped just behind it because of the first so-called line. Even though there were a lot of vacant spaces. They were taking pictures and enjoying their time, but we were forced to leave without the opportunity.

It didn't help me. I am going back today without visiting Riyadh ul jannah. useless app. showed waiting list for 10 days and then disappeared. Now it shows timing after every half an hour but that's only for show off, and don't work. they made it hard to visit.
