The latest update has serious bugs. I am unable to log in as an international visitor. When I try to log in, it says my account does not exist and asks me to register. But when I try to register, it says the account already exists. This creates a frustrating loop where I can’t log in or register at all. Please fix this issue as soon as possible, as it makes the app unusable for international users.

very good app, but I can't login, I requested password change, the otp only for 2 minutes, while my server takes almost 3-7 minutes to get the email, this means I will get the otp after the otp expires. I can't understand why they can't test the app before they release it public, the code they sent 6 digit while the app asks for 4 digit. what is going on with this app? from 4 to 2 stars. ther is no way add my wife if she does use smart phone to book rawda,

the nusuk upgrade does not allow me to log in. it requires a password which is not working. there is no way to reset the password. if I register a new account. when trying to complete details. it says another user linked to my passport details. what an inconvenience to all Muslims. bad system. also it has built in an unfair booking system to rowdah. when I visited on fast track. in December as I was reserving my actual booking for ramadaan. now it doesn't work sorry this is not an app that help
