Its unfortunate to say that if we take a new phone , need to go to ministry head office to get the app work in new phone. All other apps in Kuwait can be authenticated with Kuwait Mobile ID online. But for this simple thing we have to go to MOH head office? Why can't you make it easier for the user to login with the new phone. Making small things more complicated.

it's a very horrible app it's very stressful with a sign out of the work, and sometimes it gets you out of your account with no specific reason u will not become like japan or China, please let get to the normal fingerprint machine same as before

takes 5-10 attempts to detect the face for successful punc-in/punch out/middle punch. even new version has more bugs and its more unreliable than the previous version.. give the option to mark attendance via THUMBPRINT (THUMB SCAN) if face scan doesn't work..
