bad review after downloading it it requires to off my developer settings on phone that will cause my phone to run slow guys pls fix this this is very bad turn on location is ok but off developer option will cause phone perfomance poor

Its unfortunate to say that if we take a new phone , need to go to ministry head office to get the app work in new phone. All other apps in Kuwait can be authenticated with Kuwait Mobile ID online. But for this simple thing we have to go to MOH head office? Why can't you make it easier for the user to login with the new phone. Making small things more complicated. I got u phone repaired and factory setting got restarted. Now while trying to log in on the registered device again to go MOH HQ.

The app needs an update it cannot block me for 3 minutes for no reason when the password is correct. Also doesn't work when there is a load on it obviously there will be a load on it. Better developers needed for the app. ودي اتحسب
