If there were an option to give less than one star, I would have given that. Usually updates are meant to fix issues and improve performance, but here, every update seems to bring more problems. Now it shows No name registered and because of this, I have to go to the attendance department. To do that I first need to get special permission and until then I can’t mark my attendance.Moreover, if I change my mobile device, I have to visit the ministry again. Is that really logical?

takes 5-10 attempts to detect the face for successful punc-in/punch out/middle punch. even new version has more bugs and its more unreliable than the previous version.. give the option to mark attendance via THUMBPRINT (THUMB SCAN) if face scan doesn't work..

This fingerprint attendance app has constant weekly technical issues that waste over an hour each time. It often fails to detect stamping locations, forcing us to leave the clinic just to make it work, which disrupts our duty as doctors. No advanced healthcare system requires such apps, as they don’t fit medical work. Yet we are stuck with a system that slows us down, valuing attendance over real performance an unrealistic approach for doctors.
