About this app

Embrace exercise with at-home workouts that will change your body. After age 30, we start to lose muscle. After age 40, we lose 3–8% of muscle every decade. That is why we have redefined fitness to meet you where you are with innovative strength training and mobility.

Try our most popular, Weekly Schedule, which provides new workouts each week including strength, barre, cardio and mobility. You choose the length of workouts and how many days a week you need and can fit in – x3, x4, or x5 with walking!

Our fitness programs are for beginners to life-long athletes taking into account our changing bodies as we age. The workouts can be done in as little as 25 minutes, 3 times a week. No experience necessary, just show up and press play. Here’s a break-down where you can start:

GETTING STARTED: If you're new to exercise, get started with our initial two-week program.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE: Weekly workouts where you choose your plan - 3x a week, 4x a week, or 5x a week. These workouts create cardio endurance, build strength, and keep you motivated no matter your fitness level. New workouts are uploaded every week.

SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS: For all stages of life - including prenatal, postnatal and core restore for ab separation. They focus on core stability, pelvic floor, healing diastasis, strength and mobility during pregnancy, postpartum and after.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE: Recipes and meal plans from our registered dietitian following simple nutritional guidelines. We believe in integration not elimination.

MORE WORKOUTS:

Mat Core – A mat core and Pilates workout that emphasizes strengthening deep core muscles and enhancing flexibility and body alignment.

Sculpt – Think traditional strength training utilizing both isolation and compound exercises with dumbbells, sliders and bands for maximum effectiveness.

Cardio – Low and high–impact cardio options with sprints, moderate and recovery intervals. We also encourage walking! In our Weekly Schedule you get to pick your cardio!

Barre – Burn out targeted muscle groups through unique high repetition moves, with added challenges like pulses & isometric holds. This class is unlike any other – squeeze, pulse and sweat without added stress to your joints.

WHO WE ARE: I’m Lindsay! I take my decades of experience and break down Exercise Science while showing you how to experience real change. It is fitness redefined. Fitness with real heart and grace aligning with your goals, schedule, hormones and life’s unpredictability. It’s time to embrace exercise that serves your body well.

Through multiple focus groups and research, I’ve found that traditional strength training combined with my love for Pilates and Barre equals a healthy, happy body that will serve us well. It’s my mission to spread my health and fitness knowledge honed over decades and help women feel good! You don’t have to go to extremes to see extreme results. Balance is the key to real change! I have been using this app exclusively for 4 years and have never been in better physical shape, even being active for all my life. The weekly schedule is not intimidating and realistic at 3-4x per week for 30 minutes. The varied workouts keep things interesting. The trainers all seem delightful and not annoying. There's not much more I could want in a personal training app. The only downside is if this app goes away I will be devastated because I am so dependent on it!

update: It has now been 2 weeks with no response. I used to love this program. However, my subscription just ended, and the website and app have no place to update my credit card. There is no customer service number to call, and I have sent multiple emails and help requests through the app daily for over a week (trying different avenues to get in touch with someone), and still no one has contacted me. I have no way to access the videos or to pay for them, and have had no response from anyone.

We reply to all emails within 24 hours, so if you haven’t seen a response yet, it may have gone to spam.

I have been using this app for a few months now. I love that I can pick an exercise program and then print a calendar with the daily schedule. Some of the routines are very short-less than 10 minutes, but still feel very effective. I can easily get them done while my kids play. The only thing that could be improved for me is the colors on the app(I use an Xbox). It's hard for me to tell what video I have highlighted and I often pick the wrong one.
