Despite the negative reviews, I downloaded this app. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. Took less than a minute to set and works very well. You can get the paid for version without the ads which works the same. The ads don't bother me and they come and go very quickly and haven't causing me any issues 🙂 I lost my remote and this has been a very good, free replacement instead of a £25 remote replacement

What's the point of buying the app. It doesn't get rid of the ads every 4 clicks. I've wasted £4.99 on this and it doesn't get rid of the annoying ads. I might as well buy a new remote for 6 quid and best bit is that they don't come with ads. You are lucky I'm giving it 2 stars

There is no volume control which I would have thought is a basic feature for a remote control. Too many adverts really which makes the remote not usable in the medium or long term only as a desperate short term whilst replacement batteries arrive.
