Ratings and reviews

I have to uninstall and reinstall it at least once a day because it stops communicating with the medical devices. I also wish there was a way to access the user manual for the companies various medical devices so I can troubleshoot on my own, instead of waiting for a response from them. It is also impossible to find help on their website the only thing I can find is how to sign up for a demonstration.

I have had to update app multiple times and I downloaded only 6 days ago.

Great app! I love this company and the service they are providing!
