MoodJar is a calm, offline pocket journal built around six moods — Calm, Joy, Anxious, Tired, Curious and Proud. Each entry is one moment: pick how you feel, jot one line of gratitude, and drop it in the jar. The mood can shift during the day, so you can log as many moments as you like — Today shows a running count and a fresh writing prompt when you need a nudge. History shows every moment on a soft card with the exact time, filter by mood or by starred favourites, tap to edit a note, long-press to delete. Insights keeps two big cards for your streak and total moments, a mood-mix bar chart, a headline top mood, and a thirty-day heatmap that colours each day with the most recent mood you logged. Settings sums up your jar (moments, distinct days, starred) and holds a reset button when you want to start fresh. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking — everything stays on your device, and the app remembers your active tab, filter and even the half-written note if you close it before saving.
