While it's not perfect, it's probably the best app form of any course management software I've used in my last 10 years of academia (Canvas, Blackboard, and Moodle). The wide availability of camera-based document scanners on smartphones makes scanning homework to a .pdf and then uploading directly to Moodle without ever having to leave my phone a welcome change. Thank you, Moodle.

Since the last update it has lost all of it's convenience. You used to be able to choose whether to insert images from the camera or your file browser, now it redirects you to the file explorer every time. The UI has downgraded, looking like a worse version of the mobile website. The app has lost all of it's convenience over the mobile or desktop site.

it may be nice to have a app that tracks your work instead of logging into the internet everytime, it is slow like 4 seconds of a video every 5-10 minutes slow. considering that everything on here is a video it kinda sucks as a app. like what do you mean you can't load the thing your app was made for. please fix the legging in the app it makes learning Insufferable. and you also can't skip forward or backwards in a video of you try it restarts the videos.
