- Record health and body mass index
- Assess your risk for cardiovascular disease

- Nutritional status
- Type 2 diabetes and/or high blood pressure patients

The app is full of problems I don't know if anyone is still developing this app, but if there is, please improve it to be more efficient than it is now, as it's full of problems.

The apps is fine I was unable to register at first and the message showing my phone number is unknown. Trying to find moph line and added. We can see all our details there and guess what my number in their is wrong as missing one digit. I updated the number and finally I can log in now. If you are unable to register, it might be the reason why.

I couldn't sign up for months. I can't use my passport no. because it won't accept letters. The 13 digit code on my vaccine sheet wasn't recognised and when finally it was, I couldn't get in because my phone no. wasn't recognised. Finally I found a workaround by signing up in Line app and entering my phone no. there. Now the app recognises it and I can log in. The UI isn't great. Needs options for printing or downloading the info.
