About this app

moraPOS is the phone till for moraCommerce.

Ring up sales on your phone — at the counter, on the road, or in a shop with
patchy internet. Everything works offline: the sale saves on the device the
instant you tap, and syncs back to your moraCommerce dashboard the moment a
connection is available. No lost sales. No "the network is down, come back later."

Built for boutiques, pharmacies, electronics shops, provisions stores, market
stalls — any moraCommerce tenant that wants to sell without a laptop.

• Sell offline — build a cart and complete the sale with no internet
• Sell whole units or loose pieces (partial sales), priced correctly per piece
• Live VAT and tier pricing, computed on the device to match your dashboard
• Walk-in sales, or pick a saved customer for their agreed price tier
• Take cash, bank transfer, or card/POS — recorded on the order
• Hold a sale and resume it later
• Print receipts to any printer your phone can reach (system print dialog)
• Share receipts as a PDF over WhatsApp, email, or files
• Reprint a receipt for any recent sale
• Auto-print after each sale, and choose 58mm or 80mm receipt width
• Queue sales safely — they sync in order, never duplicate, and pause for review
if something needs your attention
• Switch between branches without logging out

Every sale is tagged to a branch and to the staff member who rang it. Stock
decrements on the device as you sell, and the server reconciles the moment you
sync — so your moraCommerce inventory, revenue, and reports stay accurate.

— Designed for shop staff —

The app is deliberately spare. Big buttons. Clear totals. A checkout that just
works. If your staff can use a messaging app, they can run the till.

— You'll need —

• An active moraCommerce tenant (your store's subdomain or custom domain)
• Staff login credentials issued by your store admin
• A printer is optional — you can print via the phone's print dialog or just
share a PDF receipt

— Privacy & data —
moraPOS only stores what's needed to do its job: your login session, the
products and customers synced from your tenant, and the sales you record.
Nothing is shared with third parties. Your shop's data never leaves your tenant.
