Very difficult to set biometric login... Next to impossible and getting otp on email is an ancient and out dated method... So my rating for the app is below average.... And trying to gettng assistance online is a waste of time and nothing happens... What is worse is calling the helpline... You get an IVR which totally sad... Really so much can be done to improve the entire customer experience... Wake up guys and get your act together before customers start moving out....

I had a very bad experience with their IAP Prime subscription. Despite having a detailed conversation and clearly requesting the plan I wanted, they subscribed me to a plan of their own choice instead of mine. After the subscription, they became completely inactive — no profit booking, no stop-loss management, and no proper follow-up. It felt like they just wanted the subscription fee, and nothing more. Their working style is similar to a mutual fund: they randomly pick around 20 stocks,

after my last review I found that it does not allow you to deal within margin available as shown in order as margin required and margin available and when order is submitted it shows some small amount in lower 2 digits as short and if you reduce the quantity of order instead of allowing the short increases. isnt it great app. If you buy today anything within margin and pledging the purchased shares next day your margin to deal is zero.
