I just resumed my membership after a brief medical freeze. The app, which had worked fine previously, now appears to loop the home page continually. None of the options ("group fitness", etc) opens when selected. I've un-installed and reinstalled multiple times, but to no avail. When I select "log in" the barcode appears momentarily, but rapidly disappears. I have also restarted my device after uninstalling. Eventually a dialog box appears, "FFC+ keeps stopping". All other apps work normally.

So the new app is significantly more difficult to use and the addition of an extra step to check-in might not seem like much but with your hands full that extra button press is going to be a pain. It really feels like they didn't have any actual users as beta testers and in my experience that means lots of bugs got missed and this roll out is going to be a nightmare. I'm seriously considering canceling my membership over this and encourage everyone to do the same.

I can't hardly ever register for classes it get stuck saying registering and I still have to check into class at front desk . I have to go early and hope that there is room especially in popular classes. App moves slow, I have a Samsung 5G phone. Slow to open slow to navigate.
