I love the concept of an online claw machine, but it's an obvious money grab. The claws are purposefully weak when grabbing an item to ensure the claws slide off. I clutched a Dragon Ball figurine, both claws went under the box. But, sure enough, slid out from under it. I respect the dev for giving 3 credits for joining though. It's just not worth the money you pay for credits + s&h for an item when you can just buy the same thing from Amazon/Ebay/Etsy/Tiktok shop/Alibaba etc. for cheaper.

Was one of the best ones (aside the bugs that come with it and it deciding it wants to boot you off the machine after an assist cause the timer "ran out" when there was 2 minutes left on it). Now they changed their requirements to needing 3 prizes in your cart to ship anything (not possible without spending a large chunk of money cause you typically need an assist to win). You used to only need one (that was won with gems) to ship. Please change it back to only needing one prize in your cart.

My issue with this game is the price point for a play and the amount of money you got to put in for an assist. Getting an assist for certain items in not worth it in most cases since you'll be paying more than what you would have on ebay or mercari. If you're someone that doesn't mind throwing away a little extra money and enjoys being frustrated this game is probably for you. The other issue is with costumer support. Only way they'll help is if you screen record everything.
