I love the concept of an online claw machine, but it's an obvious money grab. The claws are purposefully weak when grabbing an item to ensure the claws slide off. I clutched a Dragon Ball figurine, both claws went under the box. But, sure enough, slid out from under it. I respect the dev for giving 3 credits for joining though. It's just not worth the money you pay for credits + s&h for an item when you can just buy the same thing from Amazon/Ebay/Etsy/Tiktok shop/Alibaba etc. for cheaper.

Update - just sent an email to the one provided in the company response requesting to have my session reviewed, but apparently that can't be done per staff. suggestion was not helpful at all. The three claw machines are rigged. I just played one 38 times. it picked up the prize almost every time and nothing. only play if you want to light money on fire. you can just go on ebay for the same prize and pay way less plus actually get the item.

My issue with this game is the price point for a play and the amount of money you got to put in for an assist. Getting an assist for certain items in not worth it in most cases since you'll be paying more than what you would have on ebay or mercari. If you're someone that doesn't mind throwing away a little extra money and enjoys being frustrated this game is probably for you. The other issue is with costumer support. Only way they'll help is if you screen record everything.
