I love the concept of an online claw machine, but it's an obvious money grab. The claws are purposefully weak when grabbing an item to ensure the claws slide off. I clutched a Dragon Ball figurine, both claws went under the box. But, sure enough, slid out from under it. I respect the dev for giving 3 credits for joining though. It's just not worth the money you pay for credits + s&h for an item when you can just buy the same thing from Amazon/Ebay/Etsy/Tiktok shop/Alibaba etc. for cheaper.

I am so off and on about the app. when the games work well, it's great. BUT if something goes wrong, they require screen shots and recording of moment of game error. Sobyou can't just play, always have to record your screen and yourself to prove you didn't lift your hand off the screen while in play. makes it difficult to want to spend money. the customer service has been great and easy, but also the opposite... again, if there was less issues with the play, then I would love this app.

This game is fun but can get really expensive. it's highly recommended to be good at claw machines and understanding the physics before you spend your money. Prizes are tricky to win, but I have won 4 anime figures in the last 24 hours. You have to pay for shipping with gems unless you have 3 prizes to redeem (and one of them has to have been won with gems.) Waiting on shipping updates currently.
