The app has always taken a long time to sync, so when the sync time recently improved, I thought: great! Little did I know that this only meant the app was not syncing correctly nor completely with the Timesheet program. This is the fourth straight week I've had to call Field Support nearly every day to report the lack of syncing so I can get paid. When I asked a Field Support rep if this was being worked on, I was told that nobody else had reported having the same problem. Right. FIX IT!!!!

This is the worst app I've ever had to use. It's incredibly slow, barely works half the time and I've had to deal with it un syncing while I submit an mplan, resulting in it deleting my hours and making me jump through hoops in order to just get paid for the hours I worked. I shouldn't have to worry about getting paid for my 30 hour work week or not because and app decided to screw up my hour inputs. It's ridiculous that you can't edit your time after submission.

It hangs at every step. After awhile you HAVE to clear the DATA on your device to get it to work again. If that doesn't work their response is to uninstall & reinstall! A good portion of my work day is spent waiting on the app to catch up. Scheduling is a joke. A scroll wheel date & time system! Why isn't the end date automatically adjusted to be equal to the start date? No check system in place so you can schedule mPlans at the same time. It's so frustrating & there isn't another option.
