The app is improving, but the service is terrible. 👎 Aggressive marketing, manipulative app design (changing button positions). Coverage and connection are very poor. Worst of all, we've been trying to terminate my wife's contract for two months, but they keep demanding payment despite multiple office visits. My solution: transfer a number to another mobile operator and discard the SIM. Overall, the experience is a nightmare. 😠

it's slow and doesn't work well, bad service on the app, worse service on the phone line, moviatar sucks overall... can't wait till this month is over so I can change to another cell provider.

Sometimes, actually very often, the app doesn't connect to the Carrier services and nothing works and it's just useless.
