Really bad experience. At first, it was working fine, I was able to personalize ever single time, but all of a sudden start to acting up, like for example, it seems like I have done the whole personalization process, and even at the end shows that "my personalization was successful " but never actually activated on my phone. I called customer support and stop by the store in several times, and they haven't been able to fix the issue. It made me waste so much time, money and effort.

The app is alright. But sometimes it takes a long time to load. Other times when you want to add funds it won't accept your payment method even though the card is saved on file. Sometimes it won't show how much data you have used because the app is under maintenance (and it goes on maintenance a lot). That's why I give it 3 star only .
