Really bad experience. At first, it was working fine, I was able to personalize ever single time, but all of a sudden start to acting up, like for example, it seems like I have done the whole personalization process, and even at the end shows that "my personalization was successful " but never actually activated on my phone. I called customer support and stop by the store in several times, and they haven't been able to fix the issue. It made me waste so much time, money and effort.

This app crashed too much. Every time I want to check my plan or payment it crashes. Please fix this bug problem.

You guys are great!!! The app stopped working after an update and I was freaking out because I never had problems with Movistar, ever!! But, I called customer service and within 2 minutes, issue was resolved!!! App works great again!!! Technical issue resolved while on the phone!!! Movistar is the bomb...you may be all that and even a bag of chips!!! Thanks Movistar!!!💪🏻🤩🇲🇽🎉
