Well the app won't let you in, when you go to get the pass code if have to start all over again a number of times, or when logging in it wants to update you push up date and it goes to the app place and no buttons to update just a button to open app, or when scanning logs it can't find documents, or if you lucky to get them scanned they don't make it to the person that deals with logs, do I need to keep going, who else is have this trouble or is it just me!

Very glitchy! Employer has been requiring me to use it for years and it's a burden. Scans often require a rescan or 2, seems to be inactive while being unable to 'log in' frequently, rejections can be from months back, and more. I really wish paper logs would be acceptable again, since they are being done anyways, and Apps like this one wouldn't be required!

I Loathe the driver log photo section. It is a never ending source of being aggrevated and frustrated.. Constantly rescanning the logs. The only thing that half way works. Remove the day's log place it on the ground, stand above it. Then move in close for the " *#*# " thing to focus. Then if your really lucky it will self photo and it wont have to be rescanned 4 or 5 times. Ive no problem with anything else in the program. Photo section is a hassle in need of a reevaluation
