Ratings and reviews

The PM tasks and completions on the phone app do not sync with the desktop app. I edit, complete and put in all PM details in the phone app and refresh and the changes do not take place on the desktop program and vice-versa. The only way it will refresh or sync is to logout and then re-login through the phone app. One more thing is that the phone app hardly has any of the features that the desktop has.

Only thing I would like to see added is search bar. That way I'm not scrolling endlessly looking for my P.M.

So a couple warnings on this software. 1- it does not work without a network connection, so if you are in places of your building with no network or cellular, you better print out your workorder steps or procedures. 2-Barcode scanning feature- Be careful when assigning barcodes because once the barcode is assigned it will cost $500 from tech support to correct your error if you assign the wrong code to an asset. There is no way in the app or the web interface to remove or change the barcode.
