· Select or add your payment method

The RentPayment mobile app is available to residents and tenants at any property that offers RentPayment. If you're not sure whether your property uses RentPayment, please contact your property manager.

Ratings and reviews

I hate this app and I only need to use it once a month. The password parameters change about that often so I have to make a new password almost every time I open it. Moving forward, use of this app will be a deal-breaker for me signing a lease. Not part of the deal breaking but the navigation and accessibility to my account details is unintuitive and annoying.

Used the old app for years and no problems. Been using this app for 2 months and can't use my password more than once. Changed it 3 times and then it told me my billing address was incorrect. It keeps bringing up a credit card I used once years ago and trying to charge a $5 processing fee, plus fees for my credit card. It's a scam app. I'm one month away from reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. And if you go to the website, it's more of the same.

If you can actually get into the site/app, it's fine. Aside from that good luck getting logged in. Every time I go to log in it declines my password, then locks me out. If i try to reset my password, it sends me an Invalid Link. Trying to contact anybody is damn near impossible, especially if you work overnights like I do. Absolutely worst support I've ever experienced, and that's beating out trying to contact Comcast.
