The RentPayment mobile app is available to residents and tenants at any property that offers RentPayment. If you're not sure whether your property uses RentPayment, please contact your property manager.

Used the old app for years and no problems. Been using this app for 2 months and can't use my password more than once. Changed it 3 times and then it told me my billing address was incorrect. It keeps bringing up a credit card I used once years ago and trying to charge a $5 processing fee, plus fees for my credit card. It's a scam app. I'm one month away from reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. And if you go to the website, it's more of the same.

If I could give it less than one star I would. NEVER works. Constant app updates that dont take. Change password commands. I have not been able to use this app for months. I have to logon through the computer app. If you report a problem with the app, their solution is to go on via computer. So whats the point of the app??

The biggest piece of junk I've ever had to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never sign a lease that requires you to use this rent payment app. It never remembers your password two months in a row. Then even when you follow all their rules for creating a password it never accepts it. It takes at least an hour every month to produce a password that it will accept and then remember next month you have to do it all over again. Whoever made this app should be fired and never allowed to work making apps
