Measurement dont even add up🙅‍♂️This app is just throwing numbers on the screen. This app described a weight plan for me, a 155lb male, 23 yrs old with a mildly active lifestyle, to eat 231grams of protein. Pro-body builders eat 231 grams of protein😟 I weight 100lbs less🖕🖕🖕 Last updated in 2017👎check description....

Dear user, the calories, protein, fat, carbs intake depends on your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and for calculation of BMR the unit which we are using currently height(cm), weight(kg), age(year).I hope this information will help you to operate this.Diet plan should be according to your basal metabolism rate.Stay fit. Thank You www.sjFitINDIA.com

Numbers dont seem too far off but an extremely rudimentary app for such diverse information. I would suggest reading some books or magazines and just follow someone else's tried and true method before following this.

I'm blaming myself for not knowing enough about how bmr works but I wish the app had an explanation of results or something. It says I should eat over 10,000 calories, 2000g of protein, and about 800g of carbs/day to gain weight. Also -75g of fat for some reason. Pretty sure I would absolutely gain weight that way but it seems like extreme overkill, to the point that it may actually kill me. Im 6'1, 135lbs with a sedentary lifestyle. I'm assuming its the lifestyle that brings the huge numbers.
