I have been using mahir service for the last 5 years. but now they are pathetic.no proper technical staff they are sending any XYZ at our home that is a security risk also . 2nd they don't work properly if you say something they are saying we are getting very less amount from mahir It happened yesterday I called for AC service.and since now no one has come to fix the pending things .

Edited Review: Mahir got in touch and have assured that the vendor has been removed from their system. Although there's no compensation for nearly 30K loss I had to face to get my brand new AC working again (the initial installation charges + the repair and gas leakage after), but they were responsive enough to act on the complaint. I'll be hesitant to use them for the forseeable future though.

I placed an order for AC service through Mahir, and they mentioned that they would only be responsible for any issues reported within 15 days of the service. However, I noticed a problem after a month had passed. Despite it being outside their stated policy period, Mahir still handled my complaint very efficiently and resolved the issue.I really appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and going the extra mile even beyond their standard timeframe. Highly commendable service!
