Your reaction time is measured from the moment the signal is actually drawn on screen, and touch input is read without buffering. Not a guess — a real ms number.

The signal appears after a random delay between 0.5 and 1.8 seconds. Tap early and you're disqualified on the spot. What's left is pure reflexes, not memorized timing.
